Aadyam Yoga centre has been an excellent experience for me personally. When I first visited Aadyam Yoga centre I was down with lumbar spondylosis (severe lower back pain) and neck ache issues. Aadyam Yoga centre has been an excellent experience for me personally. I was suffering from excessive back pain. Went to an ortho and physiotherapist, but no relief. In fact was aggrevated. But a 1 month treatment at the centre under the guidance of Shankar Sir, Pooja ma'am and Preeti ma'am I am totally pain free. A life changing experience and will always stay connected with a weekly visit for full body muscle stretching etc. My posture got corrected too through Katibandaasan, a very effective Yoga therapy.

I had slip disc problem since many days. After attending aadyam yoga i have seen a great improvement in my back pain.
